Training Workshop on the Law of the Sea: Bangladesh Perspective

We are excited to announce a month-long training workshop on the Law of the Sea, with a specific focus on Bangladesh’s maritime challenges. Hosted by the 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠π₯𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐑 π‚πžπ§π­π«πž 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 π‹πšπ° 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨π₯𝐒𝐜𝐲 (ππ‚πŽπ‹π), this workshop is designed for professionals, policymakers, researchers, and students interested in gaining a deep understanding of the legal frameworks governing the ocean and its resources.

Over the course of the workshop, expert facilitators from renowned institutions will lead sessions covering key topics, including UNCLOS, marine resource management, dispute resolution, marine pollution, and emerging technologies like Marine Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS). We will also dive into case studies, such as Bangladesh’s maritime boundary delimitation disputes in the Bay of Bengal.
